Mohoto Holding AB holds through its subsidiary North Republic Holding AB the World-wide rights to design, manufacture and market GANT branded watches, clocks and jewellery, offering classic and timeless products that combine innovation with craftsmanship.
Time Trend A/S is part of the Norwegian Ariel Holding A/S group and operates within the watch, jewellery and accessories industry, with activities including proprietary brand development, distribution and retail.
Mohoto Holding AB has invited Time Trend A/S to invest in North Republic Holding AB and to become its new partner. Moving forward, the partners will team up and collaborate to further develop design, manufacturing, distribution, and sales of GANT watches and jewellery.
