Synch has assisted the Swedish insurtech company Ambition Profile in connection with its acceptance into the 2026 cohort of the Global Insurance Accelerator (GIA) - one of the world’s most established and selective accelerator programs within insurtech.
Ambition Profile’s admission to GIA marks a significant milestone in the company’s international growth journey and represents an important step into the U.S. insurance market. Only approximately six percent of applicant companies are accepted into the program, which since its inception in 2014 has invested in more than 65 insurtech companies worldwide.
Synch’s engagement included legal advice relating to Ambition Profile’s international expansion, with a particular focus on corporate structuring and cross-border legal considerations associated with participation in the GIA program and entry into the U.S. market.

Global Insurance Accelerator is widely recognised as a leading platform for early-stage insurtech companies, providing access to industry expertise, strategic partners and insurers, as well as an initial investment as part of the program.
