SYNCH ADVISOR TO POLARVENTURES

Synch has acted as an advisor to PolarVentues in connection with its investment in the fast food chain Råvara. Råvara is a modern and healthy alternative to traditional fast food and currently operates restaurant stalls in Luleå, Boden, Piteå, and Skellefteå.

‍Synch has acted as legal advisor to PolarVentues in connection with its acquisition of 49 percent of the shares in Råvara. Råvara is the first major investment for PolarVentures, the Polarbröd Group's newly started investment company. The plan for PolarVentures is to continue to build and invest in companies that support the Group's work on transformation in the food industry. Råvara runs restaurant stalls in Luleå, Boden, Piteå, and Skellefteå and serves Sushi, Poké and health dishes to people on the move. Råvara is a modern and healthy alternative to traditional fast food and focuses on the health and well-being of its guests.
