Synch has acted as legal advisor to Claret Capital Partners in connection with its loan financing of Mindler, a Swedish leading digital mental health platform. The financing will strengthen Mindler’s capacity to further develop its operations, broaden its service offering, and accelerate its international expansion through strategic acquisitions. Synch provided legal advice in relation to the financing, supporting the structuring and negotiation process and contributing to the successful completion of the transaction.
