Synch advised Nauta Capital, via two of its funds, in a direct private placement of EUR 2,000,000 in Nhost AB.
The Nauta Capital Funds, Nauta Tech Invest FCR and Nauta Tech Invest SCR, operating out of London, Barcelona and Berlin with the goal of supporting Europe’s most thriving software companies, while helping to create sustainable global businesses, have jointly placed EUR 2,000,000 in exchange for Preferred Series Seed shares in Nhost AB, a Swedish start up start-up company focused on app development by providing complete backend systems for other companies in the tech industry. Synch was pleased to have been involved in the direct private placement and to have advised the funds in closing the deal.
