Synch Law strengthens its market position through the integration of Qap Legal Advisors. The integration brings new specialist expertise to the firm and expands its capabilities in areas including M&A, capital markets law and advisory services for startups and growth companies. Qap Legal Advisors will be fully integrated into Synch as of 1 September 2026. Synch continues to grow and accelerate its development through the integration of Qap Legal Advisors. The two firms bring complementary expertise and share a common view of modern, business-oriented legal advice.
Synch already has a strong position advising startups and scaleups, entrepreneurs, investors and established companies. Through the integration of Qap Legal, Synch further strengthens its capabilities, particularly within M&A, capital markets law, corporate law and strategic advisory services – while increasing its capacity to take on more and larger assignments. The integration also gives Qap Legal’s team access to a broader platform and greater resources to further develop its areas of expertise.
“We are building Synch for the next generation of business law. Our ambition is to be the partner of choice for clients seeking specialist expertise, business understanding and modern ways of working in one combined offering. With the Qap Legal team joining us, we are taking a clear step forward, strengthening our position in M&A and capital markets law and creating better conditions to accelerate our growth,” says Jim Runsten, CEO of Synch.
For clients, the integration means access to a broader team and an enhanced offering covering both ongoing business law matters and complex transactions and capital markets matters.
“We see a clear strategic and cultural fit between Qap Legal and Synch. By becoming part of Synch, we can offer our clients more resources while continuing to develop our specialist expertise with a growing team. This is a very positive and forward-looking step for our clients and employees,” says Dennis Lundquist, Partner at Qap Legal Advisors.
As a result of the integration, Qap Legal Advisors will no longer operate as a separate business. All employees will join Synch, and the business will be fully integrated as of September 1, 2026.
